Gisela developed her in-depth knowledge of group benefits and honed her professional skills through more than 20 years of industry experience in areas as varied as group underwriting, benefit plan analysis, sales, training and benefit plan communications. She keeps her knowledge current through ongoing education as part of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program.


Mark Coutts is a published author and a recognized expert in the areas of financial, retirement and estate planning. He has been quoted by media across Canada including the Globe and Mail and the Canadian Press. Mark ranks among the top one per cent of insurance professionals worldwide and is a sought-after professional speaker in the financial services industry. Mark holds five degrees and diplomas from Carleton, Western and York Universities. He is active in his community as a hockey coach and league organizer, a church steward and volunteer fundraiser for various causes. Mark and his family live in Etobicoke, Ont., although they enjoy travelling wherever sailing and scuba diving can be found.
