Sundeep Gokhale is a lawyer with Sherrard Kuzz LLP in Toronto, whose practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law with particular emphasis on labour relations, positive employee relations, collective bargaining, employment law, human rights and responding to union organizing and applications for certification. Sundeep frequently leads webinars and speaks on a variety of topics related to his practice. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association (Toronto Chapter) and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He also teaches employment and labour law at Conestoga College.
