Corporate law is constantly evolving, and this is reflected in the various corporate statutes across Canada. This webinar will take stock of recent major changes relating to corporate law in Canada.

The retention period for supporting documents is 5 years for notaries (art. 7, Règlement sur la formation continue obligatoire des notaires, chapitre N-3, r. 9.1).
