As President and Managing Partner, she works directly with clients to develop and maintain group benefit plans that further their organizational goals. With insight into how experience affects pricing, Gisela will pro-actively outline strategies for containing benefit costs. Gisela developed her in-depth knowledge of group benefits and honed her professional skills through more than 24 years of industry experience in areas as varied as group underwriting, benefit plan analysis, sales, training and benefit plan communications. She keeps her knowledge current through ongoing education as part of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program.

Giorgio Follegati is a solution-driven group benefit professional. He enjoys learning things from the inside out, and often digs deeper before taking things for face value. Entering the industry in October 2010, Giorgio quickly found himself in a behind-the-scenes position at a benefits provider. Today, he is experienced and seasoned in employee benefit plan design, technical underwriting, renewal negotiation, and implementing best practices with his clients. In 2015, Giorgio was recognized as one of insurance’s “Top Young Guns” in the unofficial 30 under 30 by Insurance Business Canada magazine. He has made a high-level commitment to employee benefit education, having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed employee benefit professionals in the industry. In his spare time, Giorgio enjoys sporting events, concerts, exercise and spending time with family and friends.
