Stop the Revolving Door: How Leaders can Hire, Inspire and Retain Top Talent

Today’s leaders are facing a talent crisis and could soon be facing a business crisis. With unemployment at an all-time low, the battle to hire and retain top talent is intensifying. People make companies work. A company’s success is highly dependent on the strength and commitment of their people. Leaders and management play a critical role when candidates are deciding if they should join an organization, and when employees are deciding if they should stay.

Ceridian's recent benchmarking study revealed that hiring the right people to support company growth has been one of the biggest hurdles for HR departments this year. Leaders need to focus on both hiring the right people, and then engaging and retaining that talent.

As leaders, what can you do to hire, inspire and retain top talent? Join Deb LaMere, VP, Employee Engagement & Culture, Ceridian, on Wednesday, October 3 at 12 PM ET as she discusses leadership best practices for recruiting and proactively retaining top talent.

Attend this webinar to learn:

  • Best leadership practices for attracting and hiring the right people to support your company’s growth
  • Leadership tips on creating a positive culture and environment
  • How leaders can use technology to engage their people and reduce turnover
