Marc Avaria is Vice President, Product and Disability Management for Medavie Blue Cross. He has been a senior leader in the Group Benefits industry for more than two decades. In that time, he has led national teams responsible for delivering disability case management services for all-size employers and industries. He has also worked with some of Canada’s largest employers to develop and implement workplace case management programs. Marc started his career as a Human Resources professional and has experienced the disability management role from both the employer and insurer’s perspective.
